Stretches to the wrist can improve wrist range of motion and also help to relax fatigued and sore muscles. Stretches should be performed to discomfort only and held for a minimum for 20 seconds.
FINGER FULL FIST
Active exercises of the fingers help to achieve a full fist. Making a full fist is important for function and strength of the hand. Exercises are generally performed at least 3 times a day for 10 repetitions.
